Special Thanks to Wenny and Jessica
1.Emcee: How's the injury on your leg?
BYJ: ( In Japanese) Much better, don't worry (Laugh)
Emcee: You've been studying Japanese?
BYJ: Yes, I can speak a little bit.
2. After the emcee introduced BYJ and he pointed to the right and the screen shows the segment from the filming. But just after the emcee pointed to right, wuri YJ followed him and did the same gesture and then he himself bursted into laugh.
3. The emcee let YJ introduce MSR and LJA to come out. The dress MSR wore was the same style as she wore in the NHK press conference, but in different color. YJ said when he asked MSR and LJA come to the stage, he felt like he was calling for his concubines coming out.
MSR: My deepest impression among the scenes in this drama is when Kiha and Damdeok seperated in Altar. When Damdoek told Kiha that his heart dropped into desperation, I felt very grieved.
BYJ: The scence in that Altar also gives me deep impression. What Kiha told Damdoek let me feel deeply depressed.
LJA: The deepest impression to me is when Sujini came to see Damdeok before leaving and Sujini was in a pretty dress. When Sujini looked at Damdeok, the man she loves but can no longer get close to, I felt my heart would break.
4. BYJ, MSR and LJA talked about the costume in the Drama
BYJ: I feel it is easier for me to get into my role when I wear the custome. When I is in the armor, I feel more powerful. Different customes give me difference feelings. But I like to wear the custome of ordinary people more, cuz it gives me the feeling of pleasure.
MSR: The cross strips on the chest means the restriction to the people from the God. The costome is white, so I have to wear it carefully. When I was walking, I have to pull it up a little bit and when I was eating, I should bow my body in order not to get any splashes of food on it.
The costume is light, but when you wear it, you will feel the intense responsibility as being a priestess. It was really cold to wear it in winter.
LJA: I rarely wore this costume in the filming. This one was only used when I filmed the poster and in the Osaka Event. But I like almost all the costome of Sujini. Wearing them let me feel lighted up and also i can move about freely in those costomes.
MSR: I can not move freely in Kiha's costume, but Sujini doesn't need to worry about moving around.
LJA: Sujini has her own worries, if that costome gets any dirt, it is very hard to clean it.
5. Among all the lines in this drama, which one gives the deepest impression.
BYJ: Before the war, Damdeok told all his soldiers that please don't die and try your best to stay with me. This is the order from your king.
LJA: When Damdoek and Sujini were in the Altar having some drinks, Sujini told Damdoek the meaning of her name "Sujini"
6. Talk about the impression among the actors and actress.
MSR: My husband and BYJ are friend but I don't really know him so much, like I don't know which hospital he was in and he's heading to New York, etc.
BYJ: Do you know my weight? MSR is an actress among the top list in Korea.
(MSR seems a little bit embarrassing hearing this)
LJA: What kind of change do you think I should make? (asking towards BYJ)
BYJ: Why asking such a difficult question? That's the first thing you need to change.
7. PD Kim, BYJ, MSR and LJA
The Emcee asked PD Kim about the choices of the actors and actresses.
PD Kim: BYJ is a person full of character enchantment and he is a combination of gentle and manliness. MSR is the only one who fits to the role of Kiha because she is able to have immediate explosive power, and as to LJA, just because she has no experience before, there are a lot of plasticities on her.
The emcee asked BYJ's opinion on PD Kim
BYJ: I know him very well by his reputation and I've been longing to work with him for a long time. But also I heared from senior actors that PD Kim is very strict and can not allow any faults, but now I feel he is like a father and I've learned a lot from him, I feel myself grow and become mature. It's been a great experience for me to work with him. Thank you, PD Kim!
8. About TWSSG Season 2
PD Kim: when the filming was ending, I hugged with BYJ and told him that it wan't over. I still have the same feeling up to now and BYJ got the Grand Award in last year's MBC's Awards, I think as to Season 2, BYJ is the person whom you should ask to.
BYJ: Both me and PD Kim feel pity and regret. If there is TWSSG season 2, how about move the whole setting to modern society? since there is no detailed plan and thoughts, it's hard to discuss deeper.
MSR: If there is season 2, please plan it sooner, cuz my due date will be..... (She is pregnant).
9. About YJ's hair style
BYJ: I finally feels the inconvinience of the girls who wears long hair. It really causes troubles especially in the washing and drying of the hair. The reason why I still have long hair is because of the Osaka Event and also I haven't decided my next project. Actually, I have cut my hair a little bit. But I may not change my hair style until I make decision on my next project.
10. YJ's greeting to all his family members
As a actor, I feel very happy to meet with you through this work. I feel very appreciated that this drama can be aired by NHK. I will continue to work hard to present good work to all of you. Hope everyone stay in healthy and I will pray for the happiness of all of you. Thank you.

Japan Trip - 2008(1)
I am little bit hesitate to write my Japan Trip in English, cuz I've never tried before and my
vacabulary is kind of limited. That's why I put it off until now.
I've written a lot about this trip in Chinese, so I guess the English version will be shorter, but will definitely share all I've experienced.
NEVER HAD I IMAGINED THAT I COULD SEE BYJ IN PERSON.
Starting April 2008, I've seen a lot of postings and articles regarding this Premium Event. I've translated some of those articles, and at that time, I think it will be an event happening in the other side of the earth and Japan is so faraway which seems impossilbe for me to attend.
YJ was in New York at that time and I don't even want to bother flying there trying to see him, cuz it takes 5 hours from SFO to JFK. but you will never know what will happen, right?? Sometimes, things happen beyond your expectation.
I knew on May 5th that there will be tickets to the event available. I got this news in the morning. I can still remember it's a Monday morning. I carpooled with my husband on the way to work and I started to tell him about my willing to go Japan.
My hubby knows that I am a fan of BYJ cuz he sees me googling all Bae sites and sometimes I translate some articles to share with other baesister and sometimes I am on the phone with other baesisters for hours.
He was quiet when I mentioned that I'd like to see BYJ in Japan. After quite a while, he told me that he needed to consider it.
In the evening, he gave me a "Yes" answer! Yeah! Whoo Hoo! We are heading to Japan after 3 weeks!!
I was so exctied cuz I've never expected it. and began to prepare for this trip right away.
May 27, Tuesday.
My hubby and I flew via Northwest (nw 27) to Japan, after 11 hours, we landed in Toyko Narita. It was already 5pm.
After exchanging the JR Rail pass with the JR tickect I bought in San Francisco, we took the Narita Express heading to our Hotel.
Sign of relief!
Finally I arrived in Tokyo!
After dinner, we were wondering aimlessly on the street trying to feel the night life in Tokyo. Unlike in the States, all the people, especially the girls dress so nicely and fashionately. Like us in the States, we usually dress casually , T-shirt and Jeans, but here all the people are in style. Almost all the girls wear High-heels and make-ups. Look at myself, jean, a black camisole, sports shoes. OMG, I felt a little bit abashed.
"look at this way!" my hubby pointed to somewhere. I followed his direction and guess what I found?? haha, I saw them, I saw JOONSANG & YOUJIN!
The poster were hanged on the door of a game store.
After coming back to the hotel, I connected to the internet and began to google all baesites as usual. Gosh, so many posts regarding the event which will be held few days later. and suddenly I found this news on bb's blog.
" Park BOF Tokyo opened today (May 28, 2008)"
Yeah! I am just in the right time. I planned to visit the Park BOF in Osaka this time but got to know that it was closed for reno. and I thought that I may not get the chance to visit it.
It is said that you can make reservation from 9:00 am to 7:00pm via fax or phone. At that time, it's already 10:00pm, so I planned to call them tomorrow morning.
Could not sleep at all, I've had plenty of sleep on the plane and also I was worried about the reservation, cuz I will only stay in Tokyo for 2 days and have to leave for Osaka on 30th. So I gonna go there tomorrow.
I know if I have something in my mind, I will never feel at ease.
I called to the front desk, telling them I need to fax sth. They told me the business center was closed and have to wait until tomorrow morning. Nop, I can not wait that long and I clung to them trying to get their help. Finally, they agreed that I can use the fax machine in front desk.
I sneaked out to the front desk and wrote an reservation letter in English. I told them it's an very important fax and let them translate my English to Japanese.
Can you imagine that it's in the midnight and a woman was in her pajamas and slippers, speaking English in the middle of the Lobby in A 4-star hotel in Tokyo.
I can see the puzzle on the face of the hotel staff. Is it so-called Important fax??? Hey, do you know what time it is now?? Do you think we don't have anything to do during the night-duty?? look at what you wear!
Anyway, I don't care what other people thinking about me. The only thing I care is that I did fax out my reservation. That's all. Finally my mind was at rest.
